GVA onsite is the vehicle that employs our on site staff. Currently employing in excess of 400 staff GVA onsite is managed by a designated HR Team offering a national service.

Their expertise extends to issues such as:

• TUPE
• Disciplinaries
• Redundancy
• Performance Management

Our onsite management staff are considered valuable members of the team and as such we enhance their capabilities and encourage their development by offering extensive opportunities for further training. We encourage the relationship between Centres and well as with Head Office and this is supported by a highly sophisticated Extranet facility.

As well as periodic seminars we have an annual Centre Managers' Conference to which we invite external speakers including retailers and service providers.
