GVA Grimley’s latest Business Park Review Spring 2009 reveals, unsurprisingly, that take-up has fallen sharply since the peak and record take-up in June 2007. H2 2008 was down 17% on H1 2008 at 1.7million sq ft and 26% below the six-monthly average over the last five years of 2.3 million sq ft.
