GVA has been appointed by Lancer Property Asset Management Ltd to manage the 360,000 sq ft office building on behalf of Berkeley Square Holdings Ltd, the off shore owners of the Berkeley Square Estate.

In total, GVA Grimley’s property management team will now manage over 1 million sq ft of property around Berkeley Square which completes a generation of change for its property management team in Central London.

The nine-floor Berkeley Square House with in excess of 50 tenants is expected to go through an extensive refurbishment over the next five years. A dedicated team at GVA Grimley will work closely with Lancer to service the account on a day-to-day basis.

This appointment follows a series of recent high-level instructions for GVA Grimley’s property management team. Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited has appointed the team to manage a further six recently acquired properties in central London, comprising in excess of 335,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure space in addition to the management of a substantial block at 107 Cheapside in the City on behalf of the Carlyle Group.
